Update and improve the online customer
experience on cable journey
Role
Senior UI and UX designer working in Agile, on a two-week Sprint delivery basis. From browsing to checkout, the role was to improve customers' experience, solve issues raised from user testing, deliver design solutions and achieve an increase in cable conversion.

Design opportunity
Challenging existing designs and exploring new experiences through wireframes, prototypes or A/B testings. Revisiting interaction for content optimisation and achieve higher user engagement.
Working with user testing insights gave a better understanding of customer thinking and behaviour, therefore strong solutions were delivered with confidence for positive results.


Technical challenge
The AEM platform had constraints and limitations, requiring strong collaboration between designers and developers/producers in order to find compromises when exploring new design experiences.
